Overview

In a place called Giblaya Protoka, a team of oil workers is conducting exploration work for the second year. Foreman Yuri Kozhevatov is gloomy: the geophysicists' forecast is not confirmed – there is no oil in the northern direction. Life is complicated by love disputes: the drillers got into a fight over the beautiful Alevtina, and Kozhevatov sends her back to the mainland.
