Stella Blackmon captures youth in the Ozarks, and days where it feels like nothing and everything is happening to you, reflecting on the emotions that mark the shift into teenagedom. Shooting in her hometown in Missouri during the hottest days of an Ozarks summer, Blackmon filmed family, friends and neighbours in her favourite childhood homes and alleyways, following her cousin Margot as she contemplates what it means to grow up in the two days before her 13th birthday.
